- Company, products and references review: we understand with your help your company goals, your product strength and your references in detail.
- Target account profiling (final customer and system integrators), identifying decision makers and influencers; identify which operators and SI may be interested in your products delivering the right messages to target accounts.
- Lead generation and qualification: screening testing the real interest of the prospects identifying a set of qualified leads (agreed with your company) to target with a sales action. This will include pain point identification and decision maker selection along with a strategic sales plan.
- Product Presentation: we organize meeting(s) with each qualified prospect allowing your team to present your products with our presence onsite, organize trials and participate to RFPs and RFIs
- Offering and Deal Closure: after the presentation we will assist you in the relationship with the prospect including final negotiation; at the closure of the deal your company will pay us an agreed commission as a percentage of the deal value.
